After more than twenty-five years in the area of disabilities services, Roy stepped into the role of Director of Power Ministries in 1996. Roy is a graduate of Milligan College (B.A., Psychology and Sociology) and the University of Louisville, Kentucky (M. Ed., Special Education).
During his years of service to people with disabilities, he has filled the role of classroom educator and administrator. Under Roy’s direction, the Ministry has more than doubled in size and outreach, continuing the focus on spiritual fundamentals.
